Project included 82 guest rooms with individual PTAC air conditioning units and exhaust fans, 38 tons of VRV heating and cooling for public spaces that included 3 condensing unit modules, 1 multi-zone condensing unit, 26 individual fan coil units, and custom energy recovery unit with tempering for energy efficient ventilation throughout the building.
