The scope of work includes a 5,825 sqft. Addition and roof.  The addition contains 4 classrooms and girl/boy bathrooms.  (demo of existing sidewalks, sitework, storm drainage, paving, cast in place concert, CMU building, brick face, metal framing & decking, structural steel, soffits, standing seam roof, acoustical ceilings, flooring, mechanical/plumbing and electrical). HVAC system includes a dedicated outdoor air unit and multi-zone VRV heat recovery system.
