The project consists of demolition of the existing and construction of a new London Ranger District Administrative Site.  The new facilities include a single story slab-on-grade building of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. with offices, meeting rooms, breakroom, restrooms and utility rooms; a 5,400 sq. ft. warehouse with office space with vehicle bays and storage; and a 4,200 sq. ft. pole barn. Administration HVAC consists of split heat pump systems, Dedicated outdoor air unit with VAV boxes for ventilation control. Warehouse HVAC consists of Radiant heater, (2) Energy recovery systems, Circulation fans, Welding exhaust, and Split air conditioning units.
