Interior fit-up of an existing 5,626 sf retail space to serve as Aqua-Tots second location in Lexington, KY. The project is located at 2300 Sir Barton Way, Suite 160 in the Hamburg Pavilion. Existing interior space will be demolished in its entirety. New inground swimming pool installed along with custom glass pool surround for spectator viewing. The HVAC system features Captive Aire rooftop equipment, including a 100% outdoor air unit dedicated to the natatorium with exhaust fans that have inlets at the water surface level. The system also incorporates a mix of aluminum and fabric ductwork, along with three additional rooftop units serving the offices, changing rooms, and viewing area.
